'You are what what you eat.'
Bad nutrition as well as insufficient physical workout have a very negative effect on your ability to concentrate and thus also on your learning motivation.
If you want to boost your learning efforts while at the same time benefitting your health, follow these rough guidelines:
Vary what you are eating
Have five smaller meals a day
Listen to your body and eat when you are hungry
Drink a lot
Use mainly ingredients with lots of vitamin, amino acids, long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids: Egg, fish, sweet potatoes, berries, nuts, carrots, spinach, soya, green tee, apples, broccoli, whole grain bread, curd cheese, oats
Use natural, seasonal & local products
Reduce sugar to a minimum
Take a break from work & learning while eating
Don't heat your food up too much
Last but not least: Enjoy your food & be grateful for it!
